PlayBear is powered by Shopify's infrastructure, which allows us to provide our Services to you. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service", "Terms"), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. To facilitate payments, cancellations, chargebacks, and refunds related to purchases made on this platform, we use the functionalities operated through the infrastructure of Mercado Pago, which acts as a third-party and independent payment service provider. By completing a purchase in this store, you declare that you are aware that the payment processing will occur through Mercado Pago, in accordance with their operational flows and security validations. The information necessary to process the transaction may be used for authentication, fraud prevention, and financial reconciliation. PlayBear is hosted by Shopify. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are directly with PlayBear. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sale between you and PlayBear.
